Everyone starts with our Big Picture Sessions (4.5 hours online)
Whether you’re starting out, stuck or evolving, you’ll start with our foundational Big Picture Sessions. We’ll have 2-3 sessions together spread over a period of 4-6 weeks. In these sessions we’ll use our Second Brain Model to support you to:
Create a Big Picture Map that articulates & visualises your business offer (what), strategy (how/who with) and vision (why).
Develop your unique business philosophy.
Refine how you talk about your business in an authentic way.

Using our Big Picture Mapping tool we’ll create your Big Picture Map. This foundational resource will give you a deep and detailed understanding of your business; who you work with, what your business does and how your work makes a difference.

A clearly defined philosophy is the foundation of doing business your way. Here we’ll work with you to uncover your unique business philosophy. We’ll work together to identify and define your guiding principles, the values and beliefs that flow through every area of your business; from the way you go about doing what you do, to the decisions you make, to the processes and systems you create. We’ll also look at how you build trust with your customers and the role their feelings play in driving the changes in them you hope to see.

Once you have big picture clarity on your business, it will be much easier to talk about it in a way that is truly authentic and aligned. We’ll take a thoughtful, step-by-step approach to crafting the way you talk about your business — giving you a strong foundation for everything from your website to social media content. This will allow you to communicate intentionally with the people you want to reach, ensuring it can have the impact you want it to.
We’ll follow up each session with a summary of what we achieved and discussed. You’ll also have exclusive access to a personalised Miro Space where you’ll be able to find all the resources we create together.
DIVING INTO THE DETAILS

Once you've completed the Big Picture Sessions, you can book individual Diving into the Details Sessions focussed on a single element of your business offer (3 hours online).
This might be a particular session or activity that you offer to a certain type of person or a tool / resource that you offer to a particular group of customers. In each 3-hour session we’ll use our Second Brain Model to support you to dive into the details by:
Creating a ‘Mini Map’ that articulates & visualises the what, why and how of this offer.
Creating a Content Plan detailing how you’ll design this part of your business offer to ensure it does what you want it to.
Crafting how you’ll talk about this offer in an authentic way so that it reaches the right people.
Mapping the Customer Journey to clearly define how you will deliver this offer to your customers, with consideration for practicalities like the systems and resources you’ll need to create to ensure a positive customer experience.
Once you’ve been through the process once you can apply it to other elements of your business offer yourself or book in for another Diving into the Details Session with us to get the benefit of a Second Brain.

Using our mapping tool we’ll create a Mini Map specific to one thing you offer. This foundational resource will give you a deep and detailed understanding of the offer; who it’s for, what it does and how it makes a difference to people.

Next we’ll create your content plan. Here we will detail how you will design your offer to ensure it has the impact you want it to. For those who offer live services this may include specific timings and content for your sessions and for product offers this may include specific design and content details. From this activity you can be confident that everything in this offer is contributing toward the outcomes you care about.

Once you have clarity on exactly what this offer is, what it does and who it’s for, it will be much easier to talk about it in a way that is truly authentic and aligned. We’ll take a thoughtful, step-by-step approach to crafting the way you talk about this offer — giving you a strong foundation for everything from your website to social media content. From this activity you’ll be able to communicate intentionally with the people you want to reach about this offer, ensuring it can make the difference you want it to.

Lastly we will dive into the details on the customer journey for this offer. Here we will map out each step in the journey to help you understand your communications, systems and resource needs. From this activity you’ll take away a clear to-do list of what you need to get in place to streamline your processes and ensure a smooth customer journey. Setting these up will save you time and energy and allow you to deliver a consistent and impactful experience to your customers.
We’ll follow up each session with a summary of what we achieved and discussed. Information from your Diving into the Details Session(s) will also be added to your personalised Miro Space so you can easily access all the resources we create together.
ONE OFF SESSIONS
30 mins - 1 hour
Once you've completed the Big Picture Sessions, we can also offer you ad hoc sessions of 30 minutes to 1 hour to coach you through a specific idea. For example, if you are considering creating a newsletter but aren’t sure of its ‘why’, ‘how’ or ‘what’ we can support you to disentangle your thoughts and decide your next steps.
